Needs attention: no flight for 21+ days. Keep an eye: no flight for 10+ days, below the flights/wk target you set (or under 1 a week if none), or a 14+ day gap in the last 90 days. Projected finish uses the student's Pace Planner: remaining syllabus lessons at their last 8 weeks' pace, skipping planned breaks.
Get an email listing the students in each group. If both are due on the same day, they come as one email. Nothing is sent when there's nobody to report.
