πŸ“₯ FLIGHTLOGGER IMPORT

Your FlightLogger logbook,
finally making sense.

FlightLogger records your flights. PilotMetrics shows you what they add up to: how often you're flying, where the gaps are, how far through your syllabus you are and whether your hours meet your licence minimums. Export a CSV and import it in a few minutes, no retyping.

STEP BY STEP

How to export your FlightLogger logbook

  1. Log in to FlightLogger on the web, as you normally would.
  2. Open the profile menu with your name, in the top right.
  3. Select Logbook.
  4. Set the date range to cover all of your training, then click Find report.
  5. Choose Export as β†’ CSV and save the file.
  6. In PilotMetrics, open Flights, choose Import from FlightLogger and select the file. New pilots can import it in the setup wizard when they first log in.

FlightLogger's menus can change: if a step looks different, look for your logbook report and its CSV export. Your school's FlightLogger set-up decides what your logbook contains.

WHAT COMES ACROSS

Every flight, every column.

PilotMetrics keeps every row of your export in full, so nothing is lost, and reads what it needs for your training:

  • Date and off- and on-block times, for your block hours, flights per week and gaps
  • Aircraft registration and type, for your hours per aircraft
  • Pilot in command, for your hours per instructor, and dual or solo
  • Departure, arrival and route, for your airports, routes and training base
  • Day and night landings
  • Logbook times such as PIC, night and instrument, for your licence minimums
  • Remarks, to match flights to your syllabus lessons
